PhD Student at Lancaster University and a Certified Career Counselor from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Has extensive experience working with Qatari students in the areas of career counseling, student recruitment and coaching. Currently, Mr. Alyafei is working as the Director of Student Affairs and a Lecturer at the Qatar Finance and Business Academy. He is also working at Northumbria University in Qatar, where he is responsible for developing the student's affairs department and lecturing Employability and Career Planning Module for Year three students. Previously, Mr. Alyafei has worked as the Manager of National Scholarships at Sidra Medicine, managing the scholarship administration and talent pipeline. Before joining Sidra, he undertook his Master's degree at Penn State University (USA) in Career Counseling, where he also worked as a Career Counselor. Further, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK).

Dr. Salem Al-Naemi is the 6th President of CNA-Q, appointed on January 14th, 2021.He joined the College in November, 2018 as Vice President, Finance & Administration and was appointed Acting President in June, 2020.

Dr. Al-Naemi has more than 25 years of work experience in both government and private sectors. He is a successful executive with considerable leadership experience in education, government and business organizations such as Qatar University, Statistics Department/Planning Council, Supreme Education Council and Milaha to name a few.

He holds an MBA and PhD in Computer Science. He began his career as an Assistant Professor and taught at Qatar University. His expertise lies in organizational strategies, managerial leadership, communication and operational efficiency to accomplish goals and achieve success for an organization.

He has worked with a diverse workforce and in many multi-national organizations in key positions such as Executive Vice President of Support Services, CFO, and CIO, handling finances, information technology, human capital and administration functions.

Nasser holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Queensland University of Technology – Australia, and an executive MBA from HEC Paris. He is the CEO of TOMOH, an Organization for Community Development. Nasser is the founding member of Youth Advisory Committee at the Ministry of Culture and Sport in Qatar and manages the volunteer strategy at the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy. He is certified in Social Impact Measurement from Arizona State University and a certified trainer in Qatar. Nasser is knowledgeable in Design Thinking and shares his expertise as a practitioner in the organization Sabr for social development.

Paige has over 12 years of experience working in the education sector across three countries, including 5 years spent as a Career Adviser at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. She holds a Master’s of Education degree and recently became one of the first recipients in the Gulf region of the NCDA Facilitating Career Development Instructor certification.

Wadha is a communication expert and an influential life coach. She holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication, Public Relations and Advertising from Qatar University, and a Master’s of Public Policy in Islam from HBKU. She is a certified trainer from Cambridge University and Ministry of Administrative Development and Social Affairs, and has a coaching certification from Bristol Academy. She provides life training courses that help participants build an in-depth understanding of their capabilities and skills. Wadha delivered many training sessions for educational institutions and many governmental and semi-governmental entities. She is a firm believer in the unlimited human potential, and actively supports individuals to achieve their desired goals. In addition to its coaching experience, Wadha is an MC and a presenter, she hosted many ceremonies and awareness shows across Qatar.

Hissa has been a skills trainer since 2010, and has given more than 70 workshops and panel discussions. She graduated in Mass Communication, Public Relations and Advertising from Qatar University and has a Master’s in Executive Leadership from Georgetown University – USA. Hissa is also a graduate of Qatar Leadership Centre and is a certified practitioner from Chartered Institute of Public Relations. An expert in strategic communication and corporate social responsibility, Hissa leads specialized workshops in public speaking and social engagement. She held key communication positions in the oil and gas industry and received many awards of which the Honorary Volunteer Award in 2011 from Nama and distinguished graduate award from Qatar University in 2012.

Hanan recently graduated in Information Technology-Application Development from CNA-Q. Her skills and determination made her land a training in one of the leading providers of business solutions and technology services in the Arab World. Her passion for sports made her win CNA-Q’s “Strong Student Competition”-2021 edition.

An expert in Information Technology and the PAC Leader of the Information Technology Hardware Program -2018. He studied network and system administration at CNA-Q and graduated in 2013. He achieved ranks in the IT skills competition for 2 years in a row being 3rd in 2010 and 2nd in 2011 and won the competition in 2012. Saad is the organizer of the IT Alumni Event at CNA-Q.

A specialized consultant in brand development and a certified innovation management entrepreneur (1st level). Al Naimi has over 22 years of experience working in media, marketing and branding industries. He was also an entrepreneurship instructor and participated in training entrepreneurs at Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP)- Qatar Foundation (QF). Ramzan owns a company specialized in brand development and marketing. In addition, he is the founder of Innovation Café with its registered office in Doha, Qatar. This Innovation Café aims at supporting Qatari projects and managing institutional innovation. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mass Communication (Broadcasting and Television) from Cairo University. Furthermore, he holds an Executive Master's degree in Digital Transformation Leadership from HEC Paris. In 2020, Ramzan graduated from Qatar Leadership Center and participated in a number of specialized leadership training programs at Harvard Business School, Georgetown University and Oxford Business College. He participated in providing several training courses and lectures on brands, marketing, digital transformation and organizational innovation.

Bushra is a CNA-Q alumna, she graduated in Business Management - Human Resources Management and has a BA in International Banking and Finance with honors from Northumbria University. She held many administrative and PR positions. She has a flair for event management and participated in the organization of CNA-Q’s skills day competition, Souq Areej, Mowater and Mawaheb Shows. Bushra took many trainings in leadership, FABA and PECS.

Reem holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiography from CNA-Q. She was a co-valedictorian of her graduating class 2021. She runs her own photography studio, and in addition to being a professional photographer, she is also a relationship and systemic coach.

Dr. Aljazzi joined College of the North - Atlantic in 2019 as Associate Vice President, Student Affairs. She leads major student services divisions at the College such as “Admissions and Registration”, “Student Life”, “Sport & Wellness”, “Library”, “Student Success & counselling”. Her strong leadership skills helped her develop and implement strategic plans to effectively accomplish the campus goals.

Dr. Fetais graduated in Computer Engineering, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Qatar University. She also has an Executive Master’s degree in Leadership, innovation and Policy from Georgetown University.

Dr. Aljazzi has more than 15 years of experience and a proven track record of Academic Excellence. She started her career as a teaching assistant, then a lecturer at Qatar University and a consultant for many national projects. She is an Education Excellence Award- Platinum medal laureate, which is the highest academic honor awarded to individuals and distinguished educational institutions in the State. Her expertise lies in setting operational goals and initiatives in addition to identifying opportunities for innovation and elevated performance.

H.E. Mr. Khalifa Jassim Al-Kuwari is the Director General of the Qatar Fund for Development, managing the State of Qatar’s foreign aid and international development activities. Since 2014, he led the establishment, strategy-setting, operationalization, partnerships, and funding programs of the Qatar Fund for Development in various developing countries.

Previously, H.E. Mr. Al-Kuwari was the Chief Operating Officer of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), where he oversaw the entire business support infrastructure and led several initiatives to improve the performance of support functions. Prior to that, H.E. Mr. Al-Kuwari was the QIA Executive Director of Joint Venture and International Business, where he managed the investment joint ventures and government-to-government relations.

He has been appointed to the boards of leading companies and institutions such as Harrods, Volkswagen Group, Fairmont Raffles Group, Songbird Real Estate, Qatar Exchange, Katara Hospitality, and Mowasalat. He was also appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Bank of Britain, and Qatar and Algeria Investment. Mr. Al-Kuwari was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Qatar Mining Company. He was the president of Qatar Leadership Centre Alumni Association Council . Al kuwari is also interested in social work within the State of Qatar and is elected to the Board of Directors of Qatar Foundation for Social Work, which includes social institutions such as Nama, Ehsan, Shafallah, Dreama, Wifaq, and Aman. He is also a member of Qatar University Alumni Association and a Chairman of the Qatar Academy for Science and Technology (QAST) Board of Advisors.

Mr. Al-Kuwari started his career as an accountant and investment manager, and handled various responsibilities at the Qatar Central Bank and Ashghal & Urban Planning Authority. He acquired in-depth experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and investment management.

Mr. Al-Kuwari holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the London Business School in UK, an MBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University in the USA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Qatar University. He graduated from the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School in the USA and Qatar Leadership Center. Mr. Al-Kuwari also passed the Chartered Accountants' Examination in Ohio, USA.
